Welcome to Main Street Ink. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.

1. Custom Products

All products are custom-made based on customer specifications. This includes, but is not limited to:

Design choices (text, graphics, logos)
Shirt styles, sizes, and colors
Print methods (heat press, sublimation, DTF transfers)

Please double-check all submitted artwork and order details before confirming your purchase. Once an order is in production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

2. No Refunds Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
Main Street Ink does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

3. Defects or Production Errors

If you receive a product with a printing defect or if there is a mistake that differs from the approved order details, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will gladly reprint the item(s) at no additional cost, pending verification.

4. Turnaround Time

Production times vary depending on order size and complexity. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Main Street Ink is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

5. Artwork and Ownership

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it. Main Street Ink is not responsible for verifying trademark or copyright ownership. We reserve the right to reject artwork that is offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on intellectual property.

6. Local Pickup and Shipping

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup or shipment. All shipping is conducted through third-party carriers, and tracking information will be provided. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments once handed off to the carrier.

7. Agreement
